BrainCloud.io and any web site or application on the braincloud.io domain or any of its subdomains may only be used for authorized purposes. While any member of the public is permitted to use the public website (as defined by visiting a page that does not require an authenticated user account session), a page that does require an authenticated user to have logged in with valid user credentials is subject to additional controls, restrictions, and oversight from BrainCloud Corp.
BrainCloud Corp. may monitor and audit usage of the application residing at this domain and any subdomain. All persons are hereby notified that use of this system constitutes consent to monitoring and auditing of all activity on any web site or web application hosted on the braincloud.io domain or any subdomain of the same ("BrainCloud Web Sites"). Unauthorized attempts to undermine the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of data or infrastructure utilized by any of the BrainCloud Web Sites is strictly prohibited without the express permission of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of BrainCloud Corp. Actions adverse to the information security and privacy measures may be subject to prosecution under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986, 18 U.S. Code § 1030("Fraud and related activity in connection with computers"), or 18 U.S. Code § 1001 ("Statements or entries generally").
