Please read this section carefully, as it governs your relationship with the BrainCloud Corporation during and potentially following the conclusion of the free trial period.
We offer a seven day free trial period ("Trial Period") of the TMS and Ketamine capabilities in our platform. The Trial Period requires a previously unused and unique e-mail account and its domain. Therefore, if anyone has used your organization's e-mail domain to sign up for a free trial account, you cannot sign up again using the same e-mail domain.
During the Trial Period, you will have access to all TMS and Ketamine features, all symptom rating scales, the BrainCloud.io patient portal, subject to the limitations locations and user accounts (one (1) clinical site, one (1) physician, and up to three (3) staff members).
At the conclusion of the Trial Period, you will automatically be charged a prorated amount of the monthly pricing based on the tier that you select, and then afterwards, the listed price every month thereafter unless you decide to cancel your account.
